Griffith Park: http://www.laparks.org/ -- the largest urban park in America, with thousands of acres left in its wild and natural state,
Griffith Park Wildlife Management Plan: griffithparkwildlife.org/, one of the most amazing and educational sites you will visit, with interactive maps and more about flora and fauna, human interaction, and restoration priorities after the 800-acre fire in May 2007.
